Becky and I will be gone to a training on Wednesday and we won’t be back until Sunday. I’ll still be updating the site with workouts and quotes, but the WOD’s won’t involve anything but your bodyweight. The training we’re going to will hopefully make us better trainers for everyone involved with our Gym.
