Diego…the exclamation point after the 10 means factorial. So, the workout is 10 factorial…meaning…10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. So you do 10 pull-ups, 10 broad jump burpees, 9 pull-ups, 9 broad jump burpees, 8 and 8…7 and 7… Does that make sense?
