Good job to everybody that participated in our free community workout. I wanted to give a shout out to Abby (Linda’s little daughter), she lost her baby tooth during the workout smiled about it and kept going. The tooth fairy should hook you up pretty sweet.
My first day back at G7 Crossfit was awsome! Im feeling it already, Ouch!
