At the Trainer Development Seminar with Dutch Lowy
We had a great time yesterday in Austin for Dutch Lowy’s Trainer Development Seminar. Thank you to Crossfit Austin for welcoming us at their gym and to Dutch for providing us with a great learning experience! We’re looking forward to incorporating all that we learned in our future programming at G7.
Rest Day Recipe
For those of you trying to cut out grains in your diet, I’m sure you have been missing pizza. Thankfully, there are pizza crust recipes like this one that substitute coconut flour for regular flour. If you omit the 1/3 cup of soda or water, it turns out great! It’s really easy to make and definitely satisfies that pizza craving.
