Congratulations to David De Leon for winning Crossfit Central’s Spartan 300 Challenge! He completed 25 pull-ups, 50 deadlifts, 50 push-ups, 50 box jumps, 50 floor wipers, 50 kettlebell cleans, and 25 more pull-ups in a total time of 16:17.
