Saturday’s Community Workout at UBC

Thank you everyone who made it out to our community workout yesterday at United Baptist Church.  We had a lot of fun and we hope that you did too.  It was a tough workout and everyone was able to complete it, so congratulations to all of you.  Keep posted for a video from the event soon.

Rest Day Recipe

We’ve received some questions recently about finding a Primal substitute for corn-based chips.  Mark’s Daily Apple provides a recipe for some chips using eggplant as an ingredient.  I haven’t tried out the recipe, but it’s something you can look into.  Let me know how it turns out if you give the recipe a try.

There are also a few other Primal snacks featured on the link, such as natural fruit roll ups, apple chips, and trail mix.  Although these recipes don’t provide the convenience of store bought snacks, trying them out could definitely save you some money and put your on the right track for Primal living.
