For this WOD you will make 3 attempts at each lift for maximum weight on deadlifts, back squat, and shoulder press.  Review Mark Rippertoe’s article regarding the purpose and rules for “CrossFit Total.”

    in the picture i look like i’m smiling so it was definitely not heavy enough!! :>))
    doing pretty decent on the paleo now, i hardly miss that stuff… only edamame and black beans, those i do miss.
