100 ft. Bear crawl
Box jump burpees (reps)
Ball slams (reps)
Spend 1 minute on each exercise. However, the bear crawl is active rest. Therefore, if you finish the crawl in less than a minute, you can rest until the minute is up. Post total reps of box jump burpees and ball slams to comments.
