Yesterday’s workout was great! Everyone managed to get through a really intense workout and still have a lot of fun. Who knew sprinting backwards could be so much fun? Great job everyone on kicking up the intensity and pushing through to the end. Take a look at yesterday’s photos and get ready for tomorrow’s workout.
