Community WOD at the New Gym

Thank you everyone who came out to our first workout at the gym yesterday!  We had a lot of fun and hope you did too.  Check back tomorrow for a recap and more photos from the event.

      Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) Becky what was the wod?

    • 3 rounds: 50 wall balls, 15 burpees, 40 box jumps, 15 burpees, 30 pullups, 15 burpees

      Only one person working at a time on each movement, and the burpees had to be done in sequence. So each person ended up doing 5/15
