This weekend’s WOD is named after G7’s Coach Javier Guzman.  He always brings such a positive energy to our gym and tremendous vigor to every workout he does.  He continuously inspires our athletes and coaches to always give their best effort in every workout we do.  Thanks for all the great work, Javi.  Enjoy!

We will be open 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. on Saturday for our athletes who wish to take part in this special workout.  See you there!
