Congratulations to everyone who participated in the “Murph” WOD on Saturday! It was a tough workout, yet everyone stayed motivated and pushed through to the end. It says a lot about the kindness and generosity of Laredoans that so many people showed up to pay tribute to fallen soldiers by performing such a mentally and physically challenging workout as “Murph.”
We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the opportunity to meet and workout with other Laredo CrossFitters from CrossFit Laredo and CrossFit Plus One. Great job, everyone! Thank you for your effort and support.
