WOD: 9:?? (damn, I forgot to write it down) @ 185lbs for deadlifts
Push jerks 5×1 : 135, 155, 185 (failed) bad day on strength
WOD: 7:38 rx 300 lbs
push jerks 5X1 375, 405, 450, 500 (failed) bad day on strength
WOD: 4:04 Rx 300 lbs….I felt a little weak from earlier in the week….
