On the 3rd Day of CrossFit my trainer gave to me…

A G7 Primal Christmas Party!!  Don’t forget about our party this evening.  Drinks and refreshments will be provided but please feel free bring a side dish to share. The party will commence immediately following our 7:30 p.m. class.  Wear your Tacky Christmas sweaters and knee-high Christmas socks!

1 minute plank holds (active rest)*
1 minute rest

*Points will be deducted for every second you do not remain in plank position

Week of December 28 – January 3: Classes will be held on Monday-Wednesday (28, 29, 30) and Saturday (time TBA)
