Today’s workout is named after Lauro (husband), Griselda (wife), and Diego Mascorro (son), 3 of G7′s original athletes. They joined G7 over 6 months ago when we first began our workouts in our backyard. Their commitment to the health and fitness of their entire family has guided them to amazing results. Their dedication and success is an inspiration to all of us at G7. We will have their success stories posted on our site soon for everyone to read. Thank you Griselda, Lauro, and Diego for your hard work and support of our effort in making Laredo a more fit and healthy community.

Man vs. Bear

Yesterday’s benchmark did not occur as planned due to the rain. ”Helen” was replaced with another equally tough workout, “Fran” so we could remain dry indoors. Don’t worry, though. We’re rescheduling “Helen” for next Monday. Thank you everyone for being good sports and staying motivated during this surprise workout. Let’s keep up that same energy for today’s WOD!
