Rest Day

Check out Daisy, Kenia, and Brenda speeding through some burpees at G7. Sisters, Brenda and Kenia, and their cousin Daisy have been doing CrossFit at G7 for about 4 months. Since they started, they have improved tremendously in their athletic performance and fitness. They have been performing many workouts and movements at a modified level, but have begun to realize they are capable of doing many of the movements as prescribed now. They very recently advanced to performing full burpees during workouts instead of modified sprawls. This just goes to show that small steps can lead to huge gains. Look back at our web albums/videos from around the time they started, and you can see for yourself how much they have improved.

AMRAP for 24 hours:

Read a book
Spend time with your family/friends
Cook up a tasty Primal meal
Eat some quality food
Get ready for tomorrow’s WOD
