2nd week of the Primal Challenge…good job to all those competing
Keep in mind that nobody is perfect. Just do your best, everyone. Cut out as much bad stuff as you can and you will all be way ahead of the game.
What can I do instead of situps since I pregnant?
And good mornings instead of back extensions in the warm-up. I showed them to you a while back. I’ll show you again today.
