Great work on yesterday’s WOD.  Let’s bring the same energy to today’s “G7″ workout.  We’ve all been working on our pullups the last few weeks, and this workout will be a good test to gauge our improvements with this skill.  Let’s really have fun with this one! Good luck!

      I see a lot of improvement on my pull-ups but still need a lot of work to get the kipping part of it. Even my hands are getting tougher!

      my bad LiNda…chopped up your name a bit…..Silver had it at the end but his hands were a bit torn up when he got the kip down. Next week you’re going for two solid kips in a row, after that, its all down hill. Awesome work guys, I know how tough it is to wake up so early but keep coming and we’ll achieve all our goals sooner rather than later.
