      I do not know about weight progress but I have lost inches! It has been fun,a great learning experience and I feel so good!       I had already lost several sizes, and I feel myself toning up even more over the past few weeks. I’ve seen an improvement in the gym too. I’ve noticed that I’ve got more endurance in the workouts, my pullups are really improving (started working on butterflies the other day), and I’m lifting more weight too.

      You did an awesome job, Selina! I know those plank holds really got to people in the end. Don’t worry you were not the only one with really strong emotions at the end of the workout. It’s understandable that when you test yourself with something so difficult and then complete it, there is a feeling of accomplishment and relief. I feel like this often when I am working out.
