Everyone did great today!! I was very proud to be coaching all of you!
Fun workout! 25 minutes actually went by pretty quickly. All the work on our kipping pullups helped me out too. The real test will be Monday, though. I’m not telling what the workout is, just a little hint. It’s a good one!
