We are two weeks into the challenge, and from what I can tell everyone is doing an amazing job. We are already hearing from many of you that you are seeing results. We just heard today that one of our athletes has already lost 10 lbs! Congratulations, David! It may take a little longer for some of you to see results, but if you keep at it, there is no doubt that you will succeed.
Remember to post your food logs to the forum, share them with your team leader, and continue to share your tasty primal recipes with each other. Great job, everyone! We are looking forward to hearing all of your success stories in less that 5 weeks from today.
Here is another recipe to try: Noodle-free lasagna

Break out those socks again! We’re doing some more deadlifts today. Please review your workout logs to determine what weight you are trying to beat. Your goal should be to get a weight 5-10 lbs heavier than last week.

Get some rest today, so we can get back to work on Monday.
Primal Challenge
Today would be a great time to try out some of those recipes we’ve been posting on the site. We got a question about almond milk during the workout on Saturday. We posted a recipe on how to make it several months ago. Enjoy!
