Great job on yesterday’s workout! Congratulations to everyone who completed standard pushups for the WOD. Many of you thought you weren’t capable of doing them, but you knocked them out like pros. Keep pushing yourself to reach outside of your comfort zone and there is no doubt that you will continue to get better.
Beginning this Saturday, we will be offering one Saturday class at 10 a.m. Suggestions for additional class times throughout the week are always welcome and considered. Head over to the forum and let us know what you think.
