Great job on the benchmark yesterday!  Improvement was apparent in all of you, whether it was a faster time, going prescribed, using a band with less resistance, or completing a full “Angie” this time around.  You should be proud of yourself for these improvements.  Your hard work is paying off.  Congratulations to those who completed this WOD for the first time yesterday.  It was tough, but you got through it!

G7′s co-founder, Mike Garza, has been training for Sectionals, which will take place March 13th-14th in Austin.  Mike currently lives in Austin and is in his second semester at UT Law School.  When he is not studying, Mike has been spending much of his time training at CrossFit Austin under the coaching of Wes Kimball.  We are very proud of Mike and everything he has been able to accomplish with a lot of hard work and dedication.  Check out the video above of Mike completing “Fran” in 2:30, improving his time by almost 1 full minute.  Great job, Mike!  We can’t wait to see how you will do at Sectionals!
