“Grok”

We hope everyone had a great Easter weekend!

Please watch this video of G7 Athlete and Co-Owner, Aida Garza, attempting to achieve one of her short-term goals, 1 unassisted pullup.  Aida is 53 years old and has been working out at G7 Athletics for less than a year.  She is a truly dedicated athlete and inspires many of us at G7 to work hard, be positive, and believe in ourselves and our capabilities.  She worked hard, believed in herself, and was able to achieve her goal.  Congratulations, Aida!

Let's get back in the gym today and continue working towards the many goals each of us has.  Think about where you want to be 3 months from now, 6 months from now, or even a year down the road.  Set a plan for how you are going to achieve that goal and take steps to get closer to it every day.  With hard work and support from everyone in the G7 community, you are capable of achieving anything!

Let's start off by attacking this benchmark WOD!

WOD
