G7 Foundations
Our next G7 Foundations course is set for next Monday, August 2nd, at 6:30 p.m. The course is required of all new G7 athletes starting our "G7 Strong" program and will take place over 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks, you will be introduced to the basic movements utilized in our "G7 Strong" program in order to prepare you for success in one of our classes.
