Conditioning

15 minutes of thrusters (increasing each round)

Minute 1 = 1 thruster

Minute 2 = 2 thrusters….

5 minutes AMRAP Double Unders

*When you can’t get all the thrusters in the minute, or when you get to 15 minutes, you complete 5 minutes of AMRAP Double Unders

    I’m so upset that I’m not going to be there tomorrow! I was just telling Javi and Rob about thrusters and double unders on Fox and Friends, darn!!!!

    Sorry, Queta.  That's why you can never miss!  :-)
    I watched that video too and those news anchors had the funniest questions.  They kept wanting to know where the cardio came into the workouts.
