New Class Schedule
Beginning December 21st, G7 will be moving to a different class schedule. Our classes will now run on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule instead of Monday – Thursday. This will allow our athletes more time to rest and recover in between workouts, which will in turn help all of us to become more fit and better athletes.
