The Movement was a great success! Thank you Crossfit Central for letting Mike, Rob, and me be a part of it. Listed below are two links that should definitely be clicked. The first one discusses 10 “vegetables” that you should avoid. The second one includes a recipe for pancakes using almond flour. It is a favorite in the Garza household. Try it out!

The last two days spent with Crossfit Central have been great! We have gained a lot of extremely valuable information that will help us during our path to becoming a successful Crossfit gym. We will be spending another morning with Crossfit Central helping them during their big event, The Movement. Check it out here! It should be fun!
