You must sign up for class times in advance using our online reservation system. You may pick and choose your classes (3 or 4 times per week) among any of the time-slots we have available as long as the class has not reached capacity.
In order to join a program, you must first complete our G7 Foundations Classes. These classes will cover the fundamental movements of our programs that you will need to know in order to particiapte in one of our regular classes. These are 3 sessions over the course of 3 different days that must be scheduled with a coach.
