G7 Foundations

The goal of this program is to give every attendee a solid foundation in overall health and fitness.  You will learn learn proper movement patterns and gain  conditioning for continued physical success in and out of the gym.

Once you feel comfortable advancing to the next level, and our coaches confirm your readiness, you’ll be cleared to attend our G7 Strong classes.

Our G7 Strong classes incorporate CrossFit and various training methodologies to provide our clients with personal training sessions in a small group setting.  G7 Strong workouts vary daily and are specifically programmed to include short workouts at high intensity levels. read more…
