G7 Athletics is now offering classes for new and expectant mothers. G7 Fitmama workouts are designed and scaled for all 3 trimesters and for postpartum women. Regular exercise before and after pregnancy can have tremendous benefits on both mother and baby.
Mothers who exercise during pregnancy are more likely to experience: reduced weight gain during pregnancy, fewer pregnancy discomforts, more rapid physical and emotional recovery after delivery, shorter, less complicated labors, and more.
Babies of mothers who exercise during pregancy are more likely to: be healthier and leaner at birth, stay lean as they grow, have decreased risks of cardiovascular and
metabolic diseases later in life, have better coping ability with the stress of birth, and more.
