We are a Strength and Fitness Program at G7 Athletics for Women by Women. G7 Strong Women classes are coached by Becky Garza and Veronica Garza.
To join one of our G7 Strong Women classes contact Becky Garza or Veronica Garza at beckygarza@g7athletics.com or verogarza@g7athletics.com. In order to participate you will first need to complete a 2 week Foundations course to introduce you to the basic movements performed in the G7 Strong Women program.
Classes meet:
M/W/TH at 6p.m. or
M/W/TH at 7p.m.
