What is G7 Strong?

The goal of our program is to assist our clients in achieving optimal fitness and health.  Our G7 Strong classes are structured to provide the feel of a personal training session within a group setting.   Our classes utilize a wide breadth of exercise methodologies to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.  Every workout is designed to increase power, strength, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, agility, balance, and coordination.

Our workouts are fun, challenging, and vary daily.  There is no such thing as a typical workout in our G7 Strong classes.  Every workout is different and incorporates movements across various sports and training methods, such as gymnastics, running, and weightlifting.  Following are just a few of the tools we use to help our athletes get fit.

In addition to our exercise programs, our coaches provide nutritional consultations, customized to the personal needs of each of our athletes.

Classes last for 1 hour and include a soft tissue/mobility work, a group warm-up, strength and conditioning.

Our classes are purposely small, with no more than 13 members per class, to allow our coaches to provide focused attention to each member.  The small group structure of our classes also encourage community, so that athletes can work out regularly with the same group of people and motivate each other to push themselves harder every day.

Is G7 Strong for me?

Yes! Regardless of your fitness level or age, we can tailor a workout to meet the intensity level you need to see results. For this reason, the athletes in our classes vary in age, fitness level, and exercise backgrounds.  As a member of G7 Athletics you will be part of a like-minded community of individuals, consisting of elite athletes, exercise novices, mothers, grandmothers, fathers, grandfathers, students, law enforcement officers, teachers, nurses, doctors, and everything in between.

How do I sign up?

In order to take part in our G7 Strong program you must complete our Foundations program.  The goal of this program is to give every attendee a solid foundation in overall health and fitness.  You will learn learn proper movement patterns and gain  conditioning for continued physical success in and out of the gym.  Once you feel comfortable advancing to the next level, and our coaches confirm your readiness, you’ll be cleared to attend our G7 Strong classes.
