You must sign up for class times in advance (contact Veronica at vero@g7crossfit.com or 949-0883 to find out how). You may pick and choose your classes (3 or 4 times per week) among any of the time-slots we have available as long as it is done in advance.
In order to join a class, you must first complete our Elements Classes. These classes will cover all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit that you will need to know before you can join one of our regular classes. These are 3 sessions over the course of 3 different days that must be scheduled with a coach.
