G7 Crossfit currently offers residents of the Laredo area personal training sessions in a group setting. We program short workouts at high intensity levels that include functional movements, such as pushups, pullups, squats, lunges, running, rowing, etc. Classes last for 1 hour and include a group warm-up, strength conditioning, a workout of the day, and a cool-down/stretching session.
Our workouts are fun, challenging, and vary daily. Regardless of your fitness level, we can scale a workout to meet the intensity level you need to see results. In addition to our exercise programs, our trainers provide nutritional consultations, customized to the personal needs of each of our athletes.
Our classes are purposely small, with no more than 15 members per class, to allow our trainers to provide focused attention to each member. The small group structure of our classes also encourages community, so that athletes can work out regularly with the same group of people and motivate each other to push themselves harder every day.
